Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

 

This document serves as our legal Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy and oversees the way in which jessespitzer.com processes the refunds & returns for any purchases made on this website.

SHIPPING 

  • All Items are shipped within 1-2 business days
  • Free Standard USA shipping on all orders 
  • Free Internationalshipping on all orders above $250 with code FREESHIP250

SHIPMENT AND ORDER TRACKING

 All orders are processed within 48 hours; all orders are dispatched via registered courier. You will receive the order tracking code in your provided email once the order is shipped with the estimated delivery date.

RETURNS

 We make sure that all our products are of top quality; however if  you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, you may return the product for a refund as long as it fulfills the below criteria/s:

  • The product is in brand new condition without any scratches,tears, pulls, spills or marks. It must be unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags must be attached to the product.
  • You must contact us within 30 days of order. Original invoice must be included with returns.

 Items fulfilling the above Criteria are Eligible for a Free Returns.

 Please Note: Items on Sale are not eligible for Returns

 

REFUNDS

 Orders are eligible for a refund if they fulfill any of the below criteria/s:

  • The item/s ordered are not received after 21 days from the date of ordering in the USA and 45 days from date of order internationally
  • The item/s received are not as described on the site
  • The item/s received are different from what you have ordered

All Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of receiving the product/s. All Refunds will be processed within 14 days once we receive the Returned product at our Return address. The Refunds will only be processed to the Original Payment Card.

 

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

 All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, any cancellation or modification request after the product has shipped will not be entertained. Please double-check your selected products and address before placing an order.
